About the Role:

As a Data Analyst at Zonixtec IT Services Pvt. Ltd., you will collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, dashboards, and reports that drive strategic and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders Develop and maintain data models and metrics Work closely with business teams to understand data requirements Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality Support decision-making through data-driven insights Automate recurring reports and data processes Document data definitions, processes, and methodologies Adhere to data governance and compliance standards

Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in data analysis or related roles Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field Strong proficiency in

SQL

and data querying Hands-on experience with

Excel

and data analysis tools Experience with

Power BI

or

Tableau

Basic understanding of statistical analysis techniques Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders Experience working with large datasets Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
