The Role

We are seeking a skilled

Data Analyst (P2P Analytics)

to join our team and drive analytics solutions that transform finance, procurement, and logistics data into actionable business insights. The role involves handling P2P Analytics requests, building dashboards, automating reporting, and developing robust data pipelines to support data-driven decision-making for procurement and financial functions.

Location- Navi Mumbai - Pawne / Bangalore

Responsibilities:

Process and clarify incoming P2P Analytics requests and translate them into impactful use cases. Set up and maintain analytics frameworks on customer infrastructure. Design and develop interactive dashboards in

Qlik Sense

and

Power BI

to enable performance monitoring and informed decision-making. Develop and optimize

Snowflake-based data warehouse

solutions for P2P analytics. Design, implement, and manage

ETL workflows

using

Talend

to integrate procurement and financial datasets. Automate monthly reporting processes and data pipelines to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, procurement, logistics, IT) to analyze business needs and deliver data-driven solutions. Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements in data handling and reporting. Seek customer sign-off before publishing dashboards and analytics solutions for broader consumption

Requirements

Bachelor's( Engineers/ BSC/ BCOM) degree or equivalent in education and experience 4 year plus

Knowledge of procurement and financial processes (especially P2P cycle). Exposure to workflow automation tools and advanced analytics techniques. Proven experience in

data analytics

within

Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

or related financial/procurement domains. Strong expertise in: +

Qlik Sense

and

Power BI

(dashboard design, visualization & reporting) +

Talend

(ETL workflows, data integration)
+

Snowflake

(data warehousing, optimization)
Proficiency in data modelling, data pipeline automation, and workflow orchestration. Strong SQL and data transformation skills. Experience handling large datasets and ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability. Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple requests/projects simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
