Job Overview:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our operations team as an

Analyst - Diesel Fuel Control & Operations Systems

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing diesel fuel usage across all vehicles, analyzing GPS and KMS data, identifying discrepancies, and implementing efficient systems to enhance operational accuracy, transparency, and discipline within the fleet team.

Key Responsibilities:



Monitor and control diesel fueling activities across all vehicles to ensure transparency and accuracy. Analyze diesel consumption patterns using

GPS and KMS data

to identify deviations, discrepancies, or potential misuse. Prepare periodic

fuel efficiency and variance reports

for management review. Design and implement systems and processes to make the

operations team more organized, systematic, and data-driven.

Coordinate with drivers, field officers, and fuel vendors to verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Track and reconcile diesel issuance vs. consumption using operational software and Excel-based dashboards. Recommend corrective measures to improve mileage, reduce wastage, and enhance cost efficiency. Support automation and digitalization initiatives related to fuel management and vehicle tracking. Assist in developing

SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

for fuel control and data validation. Collaborate with the accounts and audit team to ensure compliance with company fuel control policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in

Commerce, Management, or Data Analytics

(MBA preferred). 1-3 years of experience in

fleet operations, logistics, or data analysis.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in

MS Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS)

and familiarity with GPS tracking systems. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to interpret data and prepare concise, actionable reports. Good communication and coordination skills to work with field and office teams. Knowledge of fuel control systems, telematics, or transport analytics will be an advantage.
