Data Analyst
Location: Lucknow, India
Position Overview: As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to uncover actionable insights that drive business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Advanced Excel, Power BI, and VLOOKUP. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for translating data into meaningful business insights.
Responsibilities:

• Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Perform in-depth analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business partners to understand their requirements and provide analytical support as needed.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions or challenges.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) is required.
• Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
