Role Overview

We are looking for a

Data Analyst - Corporate Finance

to support financial data management, analysis, and reporting as the company prepares for a potential IPO. The role will focus on

data entry, financial reporting, debt monitoring, and banking operations

, with regular interaction with banks and lenders in a B2B manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, validate, and maintain financial and operational data Perform accurate data entry and preparation of MIS, lender reports, and financial models Assist in preparation of periodic reports for

banks, NBFCs, and other lenders

Maintain

debt and loan repayment schedules

, including interest calculations and covenant tracking Support

banking operations

such as documentation, drawdowns, repayments, and reconciliation of bank statements Assist in tracking fund utilization and responding to lender and audit data requests Perform basic financial analysis including trends, variances, and working capital metrics Maintain organized documentation for lender reporting, audits, and due diligence

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, finance operations, MIS, or corporate finance support Strong proficiency in

MS Excel

; familiarity with ERP systems preferred Basic understanding of financial statements and banking processes High attention to detail and ability to meet tight reporting timelines
