Role Overview:

The Data Analyst will support the rationalization and consolidation of global office site location data. Currently, the customer maintains

three separate site databases

supporting different use cases, with overlapping and inconsistent data. A central table (SiteDB) is also used more broadly across the organization.

The engagement is focused on

defined deliverables

rather than implementation or ongoing support. All data resides in

ServiceNow

, though

prior ServiceNow experience is not mandatory

.

Scope & Key Deliverables:

Analyze the three existing site databases to understand structure, overlaps, inconsistencies, and relevance of data attributes Identify redundant, obsolete, or unclear data and assess risks where data usage or consumers are not fully known Reconcile discrepancies where the same physical site is represented differently and define consistent site naming and identification rules Identify and document Critical Data Elements (CDEs) required for ongoing data governance, quality, and control processes Collaborate with the HCLTech ServiceNow Architect and Functional Analysts to design a single consolidated set of site tables Produce clear documentation and justification of the proposed data model for review by the Architecture Review Board (ARB) and other stakeholders

Required Experience:

Strong data analysis and logical data modeling skills Experience consolidating legacy or fragmented datasets Ability to work with incomplete documentation and ambiguous data usage Strong written communication skills with experience in stakeholder-facing documentation
