Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights to support strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate is self-driven, comfortable with ambiguity, and passionate about leveraging data to solve real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support various business functions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support Contribute to the development and optimization of our data infrastructure Clean, organize, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity Present analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.

Skills:

Proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL, and Python for data manipulation and analysis Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment Excellent communication and data storytelling skills Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar (preferred) Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

Pay: ₹460,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
