Responsibilities:
1). Collaborate closely with the product team to understand their analytical requirements, focusing on essential metrics and KPIs, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
2). Conduct proactive data analysis to address key questions posed by stakeholders or identified independently, emphasizing factors that influence business performance and highlighting areas for increased efficiency and productivity.
3). Design and manage interactive data visualizations by interpreting complex datasets and integrating multiple reporting sources to support informed decision-making.
4). Define and execute data acquisition and integration strategies, selecting suitable tools and techniques within the existing technology framework to ensure scalability and optimal performance.
5). Build and maintain databases by gathering data from both primary and secondary sources, and develop scripts to enhance the flexibility and scalability of data evaluation processes across various datasets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of one year of hands-on experience working in a data analysis role.
Proficiency in Python, Microsoft Excel, SQL and Power BI for data manipulation and visualization.
Demonstrated ability in data analysis, performance evaluation, and creating insightful visual representations.
Experience in technical documentation, including drafting queries, generating reports, and preparing presentations.
