About the Internship

This internship offers hands-on exposure to

business analysis, data-driven decision-making, and process optimization

in a

security- and intelligence-focused organization

. The intern will support senior analysts and cross-functional teams in understanding business requirements, analyzing data, and improving operational workflows aligned with organizational and security objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Process Analysis & Support

Assist in analyzing existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities. Support initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and minimizing risks. Help document workflows and align them with internal policies and security standards.

Requirement Gathering & Documentation

Support senior team members in gathering business and functional requirements through discussions and meetings. Assist in preparing requirement documents, process flows, and basic functional notes. Translate business inputs into structured documentation for analytics and technical teams.

Data & Market Research

Support the analytics team in organizing and interpreting datasets. Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify trends and insights. Assist in preparing summaries and insights for internal reviews and presentations.

Communication & Stakeholder Support

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth information flow. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documentation. Help present findings in a simple and clear manner for non-technical stakeholders.

Project Coordination & Compliance

Assist in tracking project timelines, tasks, and deliverables. Ensure proper documentation is maintained as per internal compliance and security guidelines. Support the team in maintaining confidentiality and data security standards.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a

Bachelor's/Master's degree

in: Business Administration Economics Information Systems Data Analytics Management or related fields Strong interest in

business analysis, analytics, and process improvement

. Basic to intermediate knowledge of

Microsoft Excel

. Familiarity with

SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Python

is a plus (not mandatory). Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a

confidential and security-sensitive environment

. Willingness to work

on-site in Gurgaon

.

Preferred (Good to Have)

Basic understanding of defense, intelligence, or law enforcement ecosystems. Exposure to data visualization or reporting tools. Interest in strategic analysis, SWOT analysis, or business case preparation. Ability to manage multiple tasks and learn quickly.
