Therefore, when you earn daily why not pay daily and get away from the stress of huge one- timeinstalments. Role Overview:
As a Data Analyst, you will be at the forefront of interpreting data trends while actively engaging with our customers. Your role will encompass analyzing data sets as well as serving as a liaison between customers and our technical teams. Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex financial data sets to extract actionable insights for strategic decision- making.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports for internal stakeholders.
• Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Engage proactively with customers to gather feedback, understand needs, and provide tailored support.
• Communicate data-driven insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and align offerings with customer expectations.
• Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions to enhance service quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in quantitative analysis and statistical techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams effectively.
• Prior experience in customer service or client-facing roles is advantageous.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and adapt to evolving requirements.
