Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated

Data Analyst / Business Analyst

with a strong command of

Excel

, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly to dynamic business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze business data to generate actionable insights. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards and performance reports. Use advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Power Query, etc.) to automate reporting and streamline data processes. Support business teams with ad-hoc analysis and data-driven recommendations. Identify performance trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities using structured and unstructured data. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance. Present insights effectively through clear visualizations and concise storytelling. Handle workload dynamically and prioritize tasks based on business urgency.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in

Mathematics / Statistics / Engineering

Experience:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in data analysis or business analytics.

Technical Skills:

Expert-level proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

(advanced formulas, macros, dashboards, Power Query, Power Pivot). Familiarity with

SQL

,

Power BI

, or

Google Sheets

is a plus.

Analytical Skills:

Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Work Ethic:

Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to fluctuating workloads and timelines.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Experience working with large datasets and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio). Exposure to automation tools or scripting (Python, VBA, etc.). Prior experience in a fast-paced or data-driven business environment.
