This is a hands-on role for someone who loves working with data, understands marketing workflows, and can turn raw datasets into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
? Collect, clean, and maintain prospect and customer data across multiple platforms.
? Use
Apollo, Clay, Smartleads, and similar tools
to enrich data, verify accuracy, and ensure quality at scale.
? Analyze lead and campaign data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
? Work closely with growth/marketing teams to provide actionable insights that improve targeting and conversion.
? Build and maintain dashboards/reports to track performance of outreach, campaigns, and data health.
? Automate repetitive data tasks for higher efficiency and reduced errors.
? Continuously evaluate new data tools, enrichment platforms, and workflows to enhance productivity.
Requirements
? 2-5 years of experience as a
Data Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or Growth Ops Analyst
.
? Strong knowledge of data enrichment and lead management tools (
Apollo, Clay, Smartleads, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, etc.
).
? Proficiency in
Excel/Google Sheets
and comfort with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio).
? Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bonus Skills
? Knowledge of
SQL or Python
for deeper data analysis.
? Experience in
SaaS or B2C growth/marketing operations
.
? Understanding of
lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign optimization
