Job Summary:

The

Data Analyst

will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable insights that support business decisions across sales, supply chain, and distribution operations. This role is critical in optimizing performance, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring data-driven decision-making within the pharmaceutical distribution business.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and organize large sets of data from various internal systems (sales, logistics, inventory, and finance). Analyze data trends, patterns, and correlations to support business forecasting and strategic planning. Prepare and maintain dashboards and visual reports to monitor business performance metrics. Provide data-driven insights to support management in optimizing supply chain and sales distribution strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Logistics, Inventory, and Finance) to identify key performance indicators (KPIs). Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for business reviews and management meetings. Support automation initiatives by improving data collection and analysis processes. Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of all business data. Present findings and recommendations in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or any related field.

At least 2-3 years of experience

as a Data Analyst, preferably in the

pharmaceutical, healthcare, or distribution industry

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in

Excel

,

Google Sheets

, and

data visualization tools

(e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio). Knowledge of

SQL

and experience with database management is an advantage. Experience in analyzing sales, inventory, and distribution data is highly preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
