Review existing data models, datasets, and data streams available with the client.
Perform data extraction, cleansing, normalization, and pre-processing to prepare high-quality datasets for model development.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights that support decision-making.
Define and implement standards for tables, columns, and key values across SQL and NoSQL databases to strengthen the overall data system.
Work closely with AI/ML engineers to ensure data pipelines and models are robust, scalable, and deployed effectively.
Execute deep and complex quantitative analyses to translate data into actionable insights.
Create visualizations and reports by aggregating and analyzing data from multiple sources to communicate findings effectively.
Ensure secure data storage and strict adherence to project-defined data usage protocols.
Define and implement solutions to address data security and privacy concerns as and when issues are identified.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
4+ years of relevant experience in data analytics.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and their applications, contributing to efficient data processing, problem-solving, and optimization of analytical models.
Strong hands-on expertise in SQL, MySQL, and other database systems.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView, Data Studio, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Proficient in Python and/or R, with strong programming experience in data analysis, enabling automation of data tasks, model development, and implementation of advanced analytical techniques.
Strong critical thinking, a data-driven approach, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Ability to translate complex analytics into clear, concise, and actionable communications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
