Data Analyst - Collibra - 4 to 8 Years - Bangalore
Summary -
We are seeking to hire a Data Analyst to improve the quality and integrity of data across multiple operational systems through analysis, enrichment, remediation, and establishing long-term data quality processes. The role involves defining data requirements, analyzing large datasets, and delivering actionable insights to support strategic business decisions and global digital transformation initiatives.
Location -
Bengaluru (Hybrid)
Responsibilities -

• Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, or SAS to generate insights and improve data quality.
• Conduct root cause analysis and support remediation of data inconsistencies.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards such as GDPR and CCPA.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
• Maintain data lineage, metadata, and documentation using tools like Collibra.
• Support Master Data Management and governance initiatives across business domains.

Requirements -

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, governance, or quality management.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python; familiarity with R or Power BI preferred.
• Good understanding of data privacy regulations and metadata management tools (e.g., Collibra).
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in Agile environments.
