Role Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with strong knowledge in the Wealth Management domain to join our growing data team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SQL, PL/SQL, Power BI, and Azure Synapse Analytics, with a strong ability to work with databases and generate meaningful business reports. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can interpret financial data and support decision-making through insightful dashboards and reports.
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret data related to wealth management services and client portfolios.
• Build, publish, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Hands-on in scripting languages like Python
• Write and optimize complex SQL/PLSQL queries to extract and transform data from various sources.
• Work with Azure Synapse Analytics to manage and analyze large datasets efficiently.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver relevant insights.
• Develop and automate recurring reporting solutions for performance tracking, trends, and KPIs.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and proper documentation.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and deliver actionable insights.

Technical Skills
Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Proven experience in the Wealth Management or Financial Services domain.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query).
• Good working knowledge of Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, or other cloud data platforms.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database design.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with financial data such as AUM, client segmentation, or investment performance.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance reporting in wealth management.
