We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with a strong background in visualization and data management to join our team. The successful candidate will contribute to collecting, analyzing and interpreting large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can contribute to strategic decision-making and business growth. Requirements: Collect and analyze large sets of structured and unstructured data from various sources including internal databases, market research, customer surveys, and more. Develop and maintain data pipelines and databases to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility. Clean and transform raw data into useful formats for analysis, utilizing tools like SQL, Python, R and Excel also experience with product analysis is a plus. Interpret data, analyze results, and present key findings to inform business strategies and recommendations. Identify data trends and patterns to identify business opportunities and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to facilitate data-driven decision making. Use statistical models and techniques to perform trend analysis, forecasting, and predictive modelling. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and recommend innovative solutions to enhance data quality and analysis capabilities. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations while handling sensitive information. Qualifications: 2-4 Years of proven work experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a technology-driven organization. Bachelor\'s degree or higher in a computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret complex data from various sources. Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Excel or other programming languages commonly used for data analysis and statistical modelling. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Knowledge of machine learning techniques, data mining, and statistical analysis. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Prior experience in the food & beverage industry is a plus, but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
