Collect, clean, and interpret sales and customer data from CRM and other tools.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports and dashboards.
Track KPIs such as conversion rates, lead times, pipeline movement, and targets vs. achievements.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor data.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
Sales Coordination:
Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
Coordinate between sales, marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate sales activities and customer interactions.
Follow up with clients on pending quotations, feedback, and order status.
Schedule and manage meetings, calls, and follow-ups for the sales team.
