Anchor AI/GenAI strategy in digital engineering across industries (auto, aero, industrials).
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define AI/GenAI strategy across PLM, ERP, MES.
• Lead transformation programs with measurable KPIs.
• Participate and lead client and partner ecosystems (Siemens, Dassault, NVIDIA).
• Drive AI/ML adoption in engineering lifecycle.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must have Skills:

• Proven AI/GenAI/Agentic AI leadership.
• ML/DL for CAD/CAE/PLM data.
• GenAI copilots (RAG pipelines, vector DB integration).
• Simulation-driven AI (physics-informed ML).
• MLOps with engineering datasets.
• Edge/cloud AI orchestration.

Good to Have Skills:

• PLM (Teamcenter, 3DEXPERIENCE).
• AI/GenAI for PLM/CAE.
• Digital Twin ecosystems.
