Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled

Data / AI Engineer

to join our team and contribute to the development of our modern data platform built on a

medallion data lake architecture

. This role involves designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines while collaborating on

AI engineering initiatives

. The position is ideal for candidates who want to work at the crossroads of

data engineering and AI/ML

technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize data pipelines using

Airflow, dbt, and SQL

. Manage and maintain data storage solutions with

Snowflake

and

AWS S3

. Implement

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

using

Terraform

for AWS services. Work with

Delta tables

and

Apache Spark

for large-scale data processing. Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate pipelines with

AI engineering workflows

(LLMs, RAG, embeddings, fine-tuning). Ensure

high availability, quality, and integrity

of data pipelines. Evolve data architecture with best practices in

scalability, security, and governance

. Monitor systems and troubleshoot data flow/performance issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in

SQL

and hands-on experience with

Snowflake

. Experience with

Airflow

(workflow orchestration) and

dbt

(data transformation). Knowledge of

AWS (S3, Lambda, etc.)

and IaC using

Terraform

. Experience with

Apache Spark

and

Delta tables

. Familiarity with

Medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers)

. Basic understanding of

AI engineering concepts

(RAG, LLM fine-tuning, embeddings, vector stores). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in

US business hours

. Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Pay: ₹301,126.75 - ₹842,520.16 per year
