Senior Executive - Power BI (Pharma Industry)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive

- Power BI

to lead our data analytics and visualization initiatives in the pharmaceutical domain. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance, while ensuring compliance with pharma regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead development of

Power BI dashboards & reports

for business-critical insights. Integrate data from

ERP, CRM, LIMS, Clinical & Regulatory systems

. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and deliver actionable analytics. Ensure

data governance, accuracy, and regulatory compliance (21 CFR, GxP, GDPR)

. Mentor and manage a team of BI developers/analysts.

Skills & Competencies

Strong expertise in

Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, Security)

. Proficiency in

SQL, Python/R, Azure Data Services

. Pharma domain knowledge (R&D, clinical trials, sales & regulatory). Excellent

analytical, leadership & communication skills

.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Life Sciences, or related.

3-5 years in Power BI leadership

. Prior experience in

pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences
