Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Data Administration Assistant
to support our team in sourcing and compiling accurate B2B data lists for UK-based businesses. This is a fully remote role, ideal for a candidate who is organised, efficient, and capable of working independently to meet daily and weekly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and extract business contact information using online business information.
Compile and format data into Microsoft software according to provided guidelines
Ensure data is accurate, relevant, and presented consistently
Meet productivity and quality targets as assigned
Provide regular progress updates and reporting to the team lead
Skills & Competencies:
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines
Fluent in written and spoken English
Competent in following written instructions and formatting guidelines
Strong reporting and communication skills
Requirements:
Access to reliable internet
