Talent Management
The Talent Management Team at Dasra is dedicated to nurturing and optimizing our most valuable asset--our people. We align Dasra's workforce with its strategic vision by managing the complete employee lifecycle, from attracting exceptional talent to developing, engaging, and retaining them. Our team drives excellence across six core functions:

Experience Required:
2-6 years
of full-time professional experience, preferably in HR within the Indian social impact sector.
Summary of Responsibilities:
As
Associate, Talent Management
, the candidate will play a pivotal role in building Dasra's talent foundation. This position will combine strategic thinking with operational excellence to strengthen the organization's hiring infrastructure, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and elevate Dasra's employer brand. The candidate will be instrumental in ensuring Dasra attracts, assesses, and onboards talent that will drive its mission forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (70%)
Build Strategic Talent Pipelines:
Develop and maintain high-quality talent pools for current and future staff and internship positions across 12-15 teams at Dasra, spanning roles from Assistant to Assistant Director level.
Lead End-to-End Hiring Process:
Design and implement clear, rigorous, and transparent selection processes that consistently attract and onboard top-tier talent.
Elevate Candidate Experience:
Create thoughtful materials and touchpoints that support applicants throughout their hiring journey, ensuring every interaction reflects Dasra's values and professionalism.
Manage Documentation:
Prepare and process offer letters, employment contracts, addendums, and related documentation with precision and timeliness.
Expand Talent Networks:
Build and nurture strategic relationships with head-hunters, educational institutions, and campus placement networks to diversify and strengthen Dasra's talent ecosystem.
Drive Process Innovation:
Automate and streamline hiring systems and processes, developing comprehensive standard operating procedures that enhance efficiency and consistency.
Establish Data-Driven Insights:
Implement systems to track, analyze, and report on key hiring metrics that inform continuous improvement.
Relationship Management (20%)
Serve as a Trusted Partner:
Act as the primary relationship manager for 3-4 teams at Dasra, ensuring employees have a consistently positive experience through regular check-ins and proactive support.
Provide Strategic Partnership:
Collaborate with vertical heads as a thought partner on people-related matters and team dynamics.
Enable HR Excellence:
Guide employees through HR processes and procedures, serving as their advocate and resource.
Navigate Complex Situations:
Manage employee grievances and interpersonal conflicts with empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
Organizational and Talent Management Projects (10%)
Support organization-wide initiatives and special projects within the Talent Management function as needed.
