Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock to meet demand while minimizing excess inventory.
Oversee order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and on time.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with other departments, such as purchasing and sales, to ensure smooth operations.
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software to track inventory, manage orders, and generate reports.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders or deliveries.
