Inventory Executive - Dark Store (Fruits & Vegetables)

2-3 years in Inventory / Store Operations (preferably in Q-commerce or FMCG sector)

We are looking for an

Inventory Executive

to manage day-to-day inventory operations for our

Dark Store

handling fruits, vegetables, and grocery products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in stock management, inventory reconciliation, and coordination with warehouse and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain optimum inventory levels in the dark store. Perform daily stock audits, physical verification, and system reconciliation. Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for replenishment and dispatch. Track inbound and outbound stock movement and update records in the system. Manage SKU-wise shelf life and wastage control for perishable items. Generate and analyze inventory reports for management. Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) and quality standards are followed. Support in monthly closing, stock counting, and vendor coordination.

Key Skills Required:

Good knowledge of

Excel and inventory management software

. Understanding of

Fruits & Vegetables operations

or Q-commerce/dark store setup. Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification:

Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field. 2-3 years of relevant experience in inventory or store management.

Pay: ?173,206.82 - ?400,000.49 per year
