We are hiring an experienced Dark Store Manager to manage end-to-end dark store operations supporting quick delivery / quick commerce models.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily dark store operations and quick delivery fulfillment
Ensure SLA adherence, order accuracy, and fast dispatch
Inventory planning, stock control, and shrinkage management
Handle team hiring, training, and performance management
Coordinate with last-mile delivery partners
Monitor KPIs, productivity, and turnaround times
Implement SOPs and drive operational efficiency
Requirements:
4-8 years experience in Dark Store / Quick Commerce / Large Retail
Strong exposure to quick delivery models
Team handling and high-volume operations experience
Knowledge of WMS, inventory, and retail operations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
