Education : Bachler of Fine Arts (B.F.A) or Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A) - only can apply
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Bharatanatyam, as well as Western and Folk dance styles, and a strong ability to teach students from beginner to advanced levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Instruct students in Bharatanatyam, Western, and Folk dance forms using a variety of effective teaching methodologies.
Design comprehensive dance curriculums and prepare structured lesson plans.
Choreograph engaging dance routines and select appropriate music for performances, recitals, and events.
Deliver both group and private dance lessons as needed.
Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Inspire, encourage, and support students in achieving their dance goals.
Maintain a positive, creative, and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Collaborate effectively with fellow instructors, staff, and students from diverse backgrounds.
Stay updated with trends and developments in dance education and integrate innovative techniques into the curriculum.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in teaching Bharatanatyam, Western, and Folk dance styles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage classes of various age groups and skill levels.
Creative, energetic, and student-focused approach to teaching.
