Job Description

We are looking for a highly energetic, passionate and skilled Dance Teacher to lead engaging classes, develop routines, and nurture student talent in a creative and inclusive environment. This role involves teaching various dance styles to different age groups, preparing them for performances, and ensuring proper technique and safety.

Responsibilities

Curriculum & Instruction:

Design and deliver structured lesson plans for diverse skill levels, covering warm-ups, technique, center work, and choreography.

Choreography:

Create original routines for recitals, showcases, and competitions, adapting to students' strengths.

Student Development:

Monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, correct moves, and inspire artistic expression.

Performance Management:

Organize, rehearse, and prepare students for performances, ensuring high-quality productions.

Safety & Environment:

Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful studio atmosphere, emphasizing proper form to prevent injuries.

Event Coordination:

Assist with selecting music, costumes, and organizing studio events.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Dance or relevant certification is preferred. Proven experience as a Dance Teacher or Instructor will be an added advantage. Expertise in multiple dance styles is highly desired. Strong understanding of dance theory, technique, and injury prevention. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Creativity, patience, and the ability to motivate students.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
