Job Description

Teach various dance styles, from beginner to advanced levels. Develop student's coordination and rhythm. Create and design dance programs tailored to students' learning paces. Select appropriate music and costumes for student performances. Choreograph routines for individual students or groups. Prepare students for performances and competitions, leading rehearsals. Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment. Foster a love for dance and encourage creativity and self-expression. Possess extensive training and experience in one or more dance styles. A degree in dance or certification from an accredited institution is required. Demonstrate strong dance technique and the ability to teach and demonstrate various styles. Excellent communication skills to work with diverse students, parents, and colleagues. Ability to choreograph routines and inspire creativity in students. Strong ability to manage classes, plan performances, and maintain a positive learning space.
