Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Academic Program Development & Execution

Design and execute the Dance Movement Therapy course at SHA. Regularly update the curriculum in line with international standards and clinical advancements.

Faculty & Networking

Coordinate with existing faculty and onboard new faculty members. Build and manage a strong network of national and international DMT experts.

Student Coordination & Support

Serve as the point of contact between students and faculty. Monitor student attendance, performance, and timely assignment submissions.

Marketing & Social Media Engagement

Develop and maintain social media strategies that promote course visibility. Share educational content, trivia, updates, testimonials, quizzes, and student achievements.

Lead Generation & Admissions

Plan and execute student outreach campaigns through various marketing channels. Drive lead generation and ensure efficient conversion into admissions.

Outreach & Promotion

Conduct student orientation sessions and awareness lectures at colleges and universities. Build awareness about DMT as a therapeutic discipline in the academic and healthcare sectors.

Clinical Integration (OPD Creation)

Set up a dedicated DMT OPD within SIOR. Collaborate with psychiatrists and neuropsychologists for IPD referrals.

Strategic Planning & Department Growth

Develop a roadmap for department expansion. Propose and implement new workshops, certificate courses, and community programs.

Placement & Career Support

Coordinate placement opportunities and internships for students. Ensure students receive satisfactory and career-building work placements.

Representation & Research

Represent SHA at national and international conferences. Present academic research, case studies, and institutional initiatives in DMT.

Skills & Competencies Required:

Strong academic grounding in Dance Movement Psychotherapy Excellent communication, leadership, and networking skills Experience in curriculum planning and program coordination Creative approach to content creation and digital engagement Familiarity with clinical settings, especially in mental health or rehabilitation Passion for education, student development, and holistic care

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
