Develop new products. Concept generation to Production transfer Patent Study for existing product. Conducting Product study of competitors Conducting study of Product standard Coordination for hardware development Component selection for meeting specification defined by project head Prototype testing, verification and validation Changes / modifications required in existing design as per requirements. Maintain Design Inputs, reviewed or modified specifications and drawings & version history Contributing towards cost deduction for manufacturing. Providing technical Support for Marketing, Production and Service. Coordination & follow up of all projects in D&D. Maintaining & Updating records of all projects in D&D. Training to Production, QC, Servicing dept Coordination with other departments for regular updates Preparing time schedule for each project & altering with consultation of management if required. Design history file Design Input, Design review, Minutes of meeting Verification and Validation of Design. Production, QC & Servicing related documents Providing inputs for user manual & brochure Managing team of Design Engineers Review and ensure designs / drawings are made as per standard Studying various standards applicable to medical devise and implement/ comply Facing external audits ISO 13485, CE marking, MDD/ MDR experience Internal Audit Experience Any tasks related to the business, assigned by the reporting head, must be implemented.
