Role Overview:

- You'll be envisioning and building the future of the supply chain for D2C brands. As India's fastest growing D2C brand, DaMENSCH has always leveraged technology in all aspects.

- You shall be responsible for owning the supply chain & logistics from a product & technology perspective.

- You will seek to combine the power of digital platforms like our web, app & our upcoming retail stores to provide a seamless & omnichannel experience.

- This is a cross functional role where you'd be closely working with our shopping experience, operations, logistics, retail and support teams to drive best CX.

Responsibilities:

- Enhance efficiency of procurement, shipping, warehouse operations & last mile logistics

- Work & build relationships with the stakeholders in the supply chain & logistics functions. Drive organization alignment with leadership, business verticals, engineering for this charter.

- Identify opportunities & optimize fastest delivery to customers. Improve on time delivery of shipment to customers.

- Build complete transparency and accountability in all supply chain & logistics workflows. Drive this mindset across the length and breadth of DaMENSCH.

- Seamlessly transcend the digital & offline boundaries to present 'what you see is what you get' experience to our customers and ensure a seamless customer experience across all touch points

- Identify customer needs and market trends that drive apparel shopping in India

- Influence every other function in the organization including Shopping Experience, Post Order Experience, Manufacturing, Delivery experience, to drive operational efficiency

- Inspire and influence your team to achieve their key goals by evangelizing and driving consensus around the supply chain vision, strategy, goals and execution plan

Desired Skills & Requirements:

- Engineer from India's top institutes

- 1-2 years of experience in product management

- Mind blowing problem solving skills

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills, and ability to multitask

- Highly curious, having an experimental mindset

- Has an efficiency-obsessive mindset

- A high agency individual with a demonstrated ability to deliver stretch goals in an ambiguous, innovative, dynamic and fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in managing supply chain (good to have)
