Job Description

The Dealer Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling Yamaha motorcycles and related products at IVA Motors, Nabarangpur. This is a

target-based role

that requires strong communication skills, customer handling abilities, and a passion for sales. The selected candidate will focus on achieving monthly sales goals, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive business growth at the dealership.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom; understand their requirements and suggest suitable Yamaha models. Achieve monthly and quarterly

sales targets

set by the dealership. Generate leads through field visits, phone calls, referrals, and local marketing activities. Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, pricing, finance options, and offers. Follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure sales closure. Maintain records of inquiries, bookings, and customer interactions. Coordinate with the Finance & Insurance department for loan and registration support. Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, test-ride events, and local marketing activities. Provide excellent post-sales customer service to ensure customer loyalty and positive reviews.
