Oversee the end-to-end operations of a dairy unit, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of dairy production, from milk procurement and processing to packaging and distribution.
Ensure strict adherence to quality control and food safety standards.
Oversee inventory, supply chain, and maintenance of dairy equipment.
Lead, train, and schedule staff across various operational areas.
Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in managing end-to-end dairy operations.
Strong knowledge of dairy production processes, quality standards, and hygiene protocols.
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
