Key Responsibilities:
Collect, label, and prepare milk and dairy product samples
Perform routine laboratory tests (e.g., fat, protein, moisture, acidity)
Record and maintain accurate test results and documentation
Clean, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment
Follow food safety, hygiene, and laboratory protocols
Assist with quality control and compliance procedures
Preferred Skills:
Experience in a dairy, food, or laboratory setting
Familiarity with basic lab instruments and data recording
Basic knowledge of laboratory practices preferred
Good communication and teamwork skills
