The D365 Senior Business Analyst - Finance leads the end-to-end finance and accounting solution design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations in India. This role ensures business requirements are converted into compliant, scalable, and efficient D365 Finance solutions that support Haworth's objectives.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Customer Excellence
Deliver exceptional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and end-users.
2. Business Analysis & Solution Design
Collaborate with business process owners to understand workflows, requirements, and future needs.
Gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and create detailed functional specifications.
Apply global best practices to recommend optimized D365 Finance solutions.
3. Implementation & Enablement
Lead conference room pilots, resolve system issues, and prepare teams for go-live readiness.
Conduct training across user groups to ensure adoption and proficiency.
Support data migration, validation, and testing cycles.
4. Post Go-Live Support & Optimization
Provide post go-live support to stabilize operations.
Identify and drive system enhancements and process optimizations within D365.

Job Requirements & Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
8+ years of experience
primarily in the
Finance module
of
D365 F&O, AX2012, or AX2009
.
2+ full-cycle D365 Finance implementations
, with
at least one project in a manufacturing organization
.
Strong knowledge of finance functionalities -- GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Cost Accounting, Budgeting, and Reporting.
Expertise in Indian Localization
, including:
+ GST
+ Withholding Tax (TDS/TCS)
+ E-Invoicing
+ Indian statutory compliance Experience working on projects for
MNC clients

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder engagement and communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with global cross-functional teams.
Involvement in finance transformation or process re-engineering.
