Skill Set - Qualifications:

Strong experience deploying modules in:

c. Procurement & Sourcing

b. Trade and Logistics
c. Project Management & Accounting (plus)Experience deploying Inventory & Warehouse management with storage dimensions up to rack and aisle and tracking dimensions of license plate. Experience with quality control and management for quarantine management and quality orders - tests, quality specifications, associations, and managing inventory status as a dimension. Experience deploying solutions for mid to enterprise customers (at least 2 customers), full cycle implementation - 4+ projects (enterprise). International customer with on-site work is a must. Experience working with FMCG, Pharma, Manufacturing (discrete & process). Experience on LCS, Sure Step, and data management tools. Experience working with 3rd party applications, ISVs from Microsoft partners for solution design and proposals. Experience working with mobile devices/handhelds for business processes from pick, pack, inventory status change, transfer, counting, and location movements. Solution design for integration with 3rd party WMS systems. Counting methodologies deployed on D365 F&O. Microsoft certifications for Supply Chain / Operations - Advanced. Experience deploying projects with Barcode tracking. Experience in using DIXF (Data Import Export Framework) / Data Management tool for extracting and loading Master data into the system.

Responsibilities:

Work as part of implementation teams ranging from 4-6 members on Enterprise ERP Projects. Work directly with clients to implement D365 Finance & SCM configured to account for client business processes. Perform requirement gathering/analysis at customer locations and conduct site visits to understand solution requirements. Configure modules - SCM: Product Information Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, Inventory and Warehouse Management, Transport Management, Workspace for Production Control Module, User Security Roles, and Workflows as required. Configure business process models on LCS and workflows as per requirements. Configure handheld devices and printers for WMS operations performed using handheld devices. Prepare necessary documents as part of deliverables - Functional Requirement Document, Configuration Document, Cut Over Planning, Training Documents (including Task Recorders from D365 F&O), Go-Live, and Project Summary Report. Prepare test scripts as per business needs and support customer on UAT (User Acceptance Testing). Utilize LCS and Sure Step for the delivery of project work. Actively participate with junior consultants and customers for data mapping, extraction, transformation, and load. Actively participate in user training and UAT. Communicate actively with the technical team for customisations development with supporting documents - FDD (Functional Design Document). Perform demos of Operations modules to new prospects. Up-skill knowledge as per new and advanced features released by Microsoft. Support Project Management team with planning, ETA, deliverables, and status updates for each assignment.

Good to Have:

Experience deploying AWMS (Advanced Warehouse Management System) within D365 Finance & Operations with the use of handheld devices. Transportation Management. Experience working with 3rd party systems (Bidding Systems (Purchase), WMS (Warehouse Management System), CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)). Knowledge of integration between D365 Sales / CRM, Customer Service Module with D365 F&O. Experience working with the Service Management Module on D365 F&O. Experience working with the HR Module in D365 F&O or knowledge of integration between 3rd party HR systems.
