Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled

Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant

with

deep expertise in Finance modules

and

Power BI

to join our team as a

PDM (Professional Dynamics Member)

. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successful ERP implementations and the ability to bridge business requirements with scalable D365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the

functional design and implementation

of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O - Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Budgeting, Cash & Bank). Work closely with clients and stakeholders to

gather requirements

, conduct gap analysis, and create functional documentation. Design and develop

Power BI dashboards and reports

to deliver financial insights and business intelligence. Collaborate with technical teams for data modeling, integrations, and deployment. Drive UAT, training, and go-live support activities ensuring successful project outcomes. Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams for finance best practices and D365 capabilities.

Key Requirements

10+ years

of ERP implementation experience, with

6-8 years

specifically in

Dynamics 365 F&O Finance

. Hands-on experience in

General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting

, and

Cash & Bank Management

. Proficiency in

Power BI

- including DAX, data modeling, report creation, and dashboard design. Strong business acumen with the ability to

translate finance processes into functional configurations

. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams.

Nice to Have

Microsoft certification in

D365 Finance

Exposure to

Azure services and cloud-based architecture

Working knowledge of

Agile/Scrum methodologies

Experience with

Data Management Framework (DMF)

and

Electronic Reporting (ER)

in D365
