• Project Management & Stakeholder Collaboration

Independently lead and execute project activities in line with approved project scope and funding. Act as a liaison between business teams, IT and technical developers, serving as the main point of contact for external developers. Adherence to Hempel project model.

• Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering

Translate Business requirements into Digital solutions combining business needs with the latest technology offerings whilst ensuring alignment with overall Hempel strategy and Enterprise Architecture guidelines.

• System Design & Configuration

Obtain specialist knowledge/SME for selected areas of our MS CRM/FSM solution. Identify process and efficiency improvement opportunities using OOTB capabilities.

• Functional System Ownership

Ensure robust and maintainable solutions, preventing and attending to technological debt. Conduct System Integration Testing and Initial User Acceptance Testing prior to releasing functionality to the business for final User Acceptance Testing.

• Knowledge Management & Team Collaboration

Promote knowledge sharing, create documentation and actively engage and assist other team members.
What Are We Looking For?
Master degree within Information Technology or similar
Minimum 5+ years of experience working with M365CE involving engagement with business stakeholders.
Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Agile methodologies and experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
Project management experience with strong attention to details and execution.
A strong interest in the latest MS D365CE offerings and best practices
Experience working in an international environment with teams and stakeholders in multiple locations and across time zones
Professional proficiency in written and spoken English
