- Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a functional consultant
- Minimum 4 years experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM 2016/2015
- Familiar with Strong on MS CRM Sales, Service and Marketing modules
- Coordinate with development team to provide better understanding of the business users need and help resolve any queries related to the requirements.
- Document the business requirements, review them with the business and technology teams and obtain customer acceptance for the same.
- Good Communication is must, Should be in position to address users questions/how to
- Working on the Agile or Waterfall approach depending on the business requirements
- Work with business users to develop acceptance criteria for the test cases and test scenarios
- Must have SSRS reporting services experience
Good to Have Skills
- Knowledge and understanding of some or all areas within Customer Engagement including Field Services, and Project Service Automation
- Basic knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Flow, Power BI); and
Good understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and Common Data Model
- MS CRM configruation knowledge
- Application integrations knowledge with MS CRM
