Key Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and support
D365 Commerce (Retail)
modules.
Design and deploy seamless integrations between
Sana Cloud Commerce
and D365 Commerce.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure data consistency between ERP and eCommerce layers.
Analyze client business processes and recommend optimized solutions aligned with D365 best practices.
Conduct system testing, UAT, and training sessions for end-users.
Support deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvement of commerce solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
5-7 years of experience in D365 Commerce/Retail implementations.
Proven experience with
Sana Cloud Commerce integration
.
Strong understanding of eCommerce workflows, product catalogs, pricing, inventory, and order management.
Familiarity with D365 F&O, POS, and Retail Server components.
Excellent communication, client-handling, and documentation skills.
