Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect

Roles & Responsibilities

Own end to end architecture for Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Design scalable, secure enterprise solutions with multi-entity models Create architecture blueprints (application, data, integration, security) Define and govern Dataverse schema, relationships, and retention policies Lead CE/Power Platform architectural decisions with enterprise teams Guide teams on CE customization, plugins, PCF controls, and ALM practices Oversee design for Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and prepare solution blueprints Architect integrations using Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, APIM, Functions Ensure secure authentication (Azure AD, OAuth2, Managed Identities) Define governance, environment strategy, DLP policies, and ALM pipelines Present architecture and roadmaps to CXOs and leadership Support pre-sales, RFP responses, and solution planning.
Skills Required

12+ years overall experience, including 8+ years in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Strong understanding of CE modules: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service (preferred) Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, Workflows, PCF Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power Pages Deep knowledge of Dataverse architecture, governance, ALM & solution layering Experience with COE, monitoring, and Power Platform governance frameworks Strong Azure integration experience (APIM, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Functions) Experience with Dataverse REST APIs and enterprise integration patterns Solid understanding of Azure identity, networking, encryption & cloud security Proven leadership in cross-functional team management Strong stakeholder & CXO communication skills Experience delivering large-scale, multi-country CRM transformation programs Familiar with Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices

Pay: ₹140,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
