Key Qualifications:

Strong knowledge in

Finance

and

Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Familiarity with

Planning (MRP and MPS)

Experience in

Warehouse Management

Knowledge of

integrations

from a functional perspective, with the ability to contribute to

solution design

Ability to prepare

functional requirement documents (FRDs)

and collaborate with the technical team for solution delivery Understanding of

Business Central standard functionalities

and ability to recommend best practices Knowledge of

testing processes

(UAT/SIT) and validating business scenarios Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

to interact effectively with international clients Ability to work in

customer-facing roles

and manage support queries efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

Support end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions, aligning with client business processes. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and prepare comprehensive Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs). Assist in designing solutions, including integrations, while ensuring adherence to best practices and standard functionalities of Dynamics 365 Business Central. Configure and manage modules related to Finance, Planning (MRP/MPS), and Warehouse Management, ensuring seamless operational flow. Participate in testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT), validating business scenarios and ensuring issue resolution. Serve as a functional point of contact for international clients, providing expert guidance, addressing support queries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver robust, scalable, and effective solutions. Continuously stay updated on Dynamics 365 enhancements, Cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure), and ERP best practices to provide innovative recommendations.
