About The Job:

• We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect with 12+ years of overall experience to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, ensure best practices, and drive digital transformation initiatives across business domains.

Essential Job Functions:
Architecture & Design

• Define end-to-end Dynamics 365 solution architecture across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, and Power Platform.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Lead architecture decisions including data models, integrations, security, and deployment strategies.

Technical Leadership

• Act as the technical authority for D365 and Power Platform implementations.
• Review and approve technical designs, customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations.
• Mentor and guide developers, functional consultants, and technical leads.

Power Platform & Integrations

• Architect solutions using Power Apps (Model-driven & Canvas), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Design integrations with external systems using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, REST/OData APIs.
• Ensure data consistency, performance, and reliability across integrated systems.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and leadership to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution design, estimations, and RFP responses.
• Participate in architecture reviews and steering committee discussions.

Qualifications:
Mandatory

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM.
• Strong hands-on experience with:

• Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing)
• Dataverse, security roles, business rules
• Custom plugins, workflows, Web APIs

Preferred

• Microsoft certifications:

• Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert
• Power Platform Solution Architect
• Experience with enterprise-scale implementations and multi-geo deployments.
• Exposure to F&O integration is a plus.
