Work Responsibilities....
Strategy & Planning
- Translate launch and business goals into monthly/quarterly growth plans: content calendar, campaign roadmap, budgets, and KPIs.
Build product-wise campaign ideas (evergreen + moment marketing) across social, website, email/SMS, and marketplaces.
Content & Social
Lead Instagram/YouTube/Stories/Reels content strategy: hooks, series/IPs, briefs, captions, hashtags, CTAs.
Manage creators/UGC and customer storytelling; coordinate shoots with agencies/freelancers; maintain brand tone and visual aesthetic.
E-commerce & Marketplace Ops
Coordinate with Amazon/Flipkart/Nykaa/Blinkit/Zepto (as relevant): catalog hygiene, PDP optimization (titles, bullets, A+), reviews/ratings, deals, and merchandising.
- Track marketplace dashboards (traffic, CVR, OOS, buy box, returns) and drive fixes with ops/supply.
Website & SEO
- Own site merchandising: collections, banners, offers, cross-sell/upsell, landing pages.
- Drive SEO: keyword research, on-page (meta, H1s, schema), content briefs (blogs/LPs), internal linking, and basic technical hygiene with dev/agency.
- Optimize UX for CVR/AOV: funnels, heatmaps, page speed, checkout friction.
Performance & CRM (with agency support)
Work with performance agencies on Meta/Google/YouTube/Discovery: briefs, creatives, targeting, budgets, and ROAS.
- Own email/SMS lifecycle flows (welcome, cart/browse abandon, post-purchase, win-back) and segmentation.
