Manage end-to-end operations across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Jiomart, and the brand's D2C website (Shopify/WooCommerce).
Handle product listings, pricing, inventory, offers, and ensure platform policy compliance.
Optimize product content (titles, descriptions, images, videos, A+ content) to improve visibility and conversions.
Drive sales growth through promotions, campaigns, and coordination with performance marketing teams.
Monitor orders, returns, RTOs, customer feedback, ratings, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Plan inventory, track stock movement, and coordinate with logistics and fulfillment partners.
Track key metrics such as GMV, conversion rate, ROAS, CAC, and prepare regular performance reports.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, marketing, support) and external partners to ensure timely execution.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, platform expansion, and business scaling.
