Performance Marketing (Meta & Google)
Create and manage
Meta and Google ad campaigns
Track and optimize
ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, funnels
Coordinate creatives, audiences, budgets, and testing
Analyze performance and scale winning campaigns
Marketplace Marketing (Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa, Amazon, etc.)
Plan and execute:
promotions
discounts
visibility campaigns
event participation
Work on
pricing, discounting, and offer strategy by category/vertical
Optimize listings, content, and creatives for better conversion
Run marketplace ad campaigns and track ROAS
Onboard and grow
new marketplaces and sales channels
Business & P&L Ownership
Own
channel-wise P&L
(Shopify & Marketplaces)
Track:
revenue
ad spends
discounts
commissions
net margins
Ensure campaigns and offers are
profitable, not just high volume
MIS, Data & Analysis
Create and review
daily, weekly, monthly MIS reports
Analyze:
funnel drop-offs
campaign performance
cohort and repeat behavior
channel-wise profitability
Provide data-backed growth recommendations
Order Flow & Operational Oversight
Overlook
e-commerce order flow
across Shopify and marketplaces
Coordinate with operations for:
order issues
cancellations
delays
RTO and returns impact on marketing and P&L
Ensure marketing commitments match operational capability
Skills & Requirements
Experience in
D2C and Marketplace Marketing for a Fashion / Lifestyle Brand
Strong hands-on knowledge of:
Shopify
CRM (Email, WhatsApp, SMS automation)
Meta & Google Ads
Marketplace marketing panels
Strong understanding of:
funnels
ROAS
CAC vs LTV
P&L
Data-driven with excellent Excel / Sheets skills
Ability to manage both
strategy and execution
Ownership mindset with "growth + profitability" focus
