We are seeking a highly driven D2C Manager who can not only generate sales but also lead and inspire a team to achieve ambitious growth targets. The role combines strategic thinking, operational excellence, and hands-on execution in Direct-to-Consumer channels.
Key Responsibilities: -
1. Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth:
Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across all D2C channels (Website, Marketplaces, Social Commerce).
Identify new revenue streams, optimize conversion funnels, and maximize average order value (AOV).
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
2. Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 5-10 members (Sales, Digital Marketing, Customer Success).
Set KPIs, monitor performance, conduct reviews, and implement incentive structures to boost productivity.
Build a culture of accountability, learning, and high performance.
3. Channel & Campaign Management:
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (Paid Ads, SEO, Email, WhatsApp, Affiliate Marketing).
Collaborate with Influencers and strategic partners to expand brand reach.
4. Customer Experience & Retention:
Improve the customer journey by implementing feedback mechanisms, loyalty programs, and retention strategies.
Monitor NPS (Net Promoter Score), repeat purchase rates, and other customer satisfaction metrics.
5. Reporting & Strategy:
Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on sales, marketing campaigns, and team performance.
Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Continuously refine operational processes for efficiency and scalability.
Key Requirements:-
3-5 years of experience in D2C / E-commerce / Online Sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
Experience managing and leading high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, or other relevant platforms.
Data-driven, analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
