Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Growth

Develop and execute the end-to-end D2C strategy aligned with brand and business goals.

Own and grow the company's D2C website (Shopify/Custom) and performance.

Define KPIs for traffic, conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value.

2. Website & Platform Management

Manage the D2C e-commerce platform, working with tech, design, and content teams.

Optimize user journey, product discovery, and checkout experience.

Ensure website SEO, speed, responsiveness, and security are up to standards.

3. Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition

Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Influencer, Affiliate, etc.).

Collaborate with digital agencies or internal teams to drive ROI-positive campaigns.

Leverage CRM tools for email/SMS/WhatsApp marketing and re-engagement.

4. Analytics & Optimization

Use tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Shopify Analytics, and Hotjar to track performance.

Run A/B tests, measure conversion rates, and derive actionable insights for optimization.

Analyze customer behavior and segment data to personalize experiences.

5. Inventory, Operations & Logistics

Coordinate with supply chain and warehousing for inventory planning and dispatch.

Partner with logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely last-mile delivery.

Track order fulfillment, returns, and customer satisfaction metrics.

6. Brand Experience & Customer Support

Ensure strong branding and storytelling across the D2C platform.

Manage customer queries and complaints via integrated support systems (chat/email).

Implement loyalty/reward programs to boost retention.

Pay: ?58,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
