D2C health & wellness brand

making fitness taste better (literally). Our protein supplements and wellness products are helping people stay fit without compromise. Now, we're turning up our marketing engine -- and we need sharp minds to fuel it.

We're looking for:

Performance Marketer (1-2 yrs)

-- manage campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Shopify integrations; track KPIs daily; push constant optimizations.

Expert Performance Marketer (3-5 yrs)

-- own

?20L+ monthly media budgets

, run experiments at scale, lead strategy for growth, work on SEO and guide junior teammates.

Head - Growth & Performance Marketing (5+ yrs)

- you're part strategist, part storyteller, part data nerd. With your vast expertise you can blend performance with brand, build a team, and basically be our growth captain, help brand to outshine and build strong marketing presence in digital space.

Non-negotiable :

Proven

D2C consumer brand experience

-- health/wellness industry is a plus. Mastery of

Meta + Google Ads

(Shopify experience

mandatory at all levels

).

Data-first mindset

-- strong at ROAS, CAC, Retention , LTV calculations. (Senior roles) Comfortable

scaling ?20L+ monthly budgets

with precision. Bonus points for attribution modeling, affiliate marketing, Re-marketing, automation tools.
